This outdated office building had been empty for some time. Based on the environment and market developments ProVIP chose a concept in which the building was exclusively reserved for companies that are active in the healthcare and/or educational sectors. The assignment involved among others branding the building. We had a detailed brochure including artist impressions made up and created a responsive website. Many companies were interested and therefor the building was - subject to execution of the refurbishment - almost entirely let within just a short term. Eventually, the building was sold to a company that will develop an apartment complex .
